- 80g Anchor Unsalted Butter Pat (brown butter)
- 120g banana ripe
- 130g chocolate granola
- 5g dessicated coconut
- 20g black raisins
- 40g rolled oats
- 60g ground almond powder
- 20g pumpkin seeds
- 75g low protein flour
- 20g corn flour
- 2g vanilla essence
- 30g honey
Instructions
- Add butter into a pot, turn on the heat and melt the butter until it turns into brown butter, set aside to cool down
- Place the ripe banana into a bowl, mashed it up
- Then add in granola, dessiccated coconut, black raisin, rolled oats, almond powder, pumpkin seeds, and give all ingredients a good mix
- Sift in both flour into the other ingredients, fold the flour until all ingredients mix well
- Then add in together vanilla essence & honey, mix all ingredients again until well combined
- Keep chill for at least 30 minutes
- Weigh each cookie dough into 25g/pcs, shape the dough and place it on a tray lined with parchment paper
- Baked in preheated oven with the temperature of 180 for 10-12 minutes
