- 200g All Purpose Flour
- 25g Cocoa Powder
- 2g Baking Soda
- 2g Salt
- 115g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 80g Sugar
- 80g Brown Sugar
- 50g Egg
- 10g Red Food Colouring
- 10g Lemon Juice
- 150g Chocolate Chunks
- 20g White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175C.
- In a mixing bowl, mix and sift all the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt together.
- In a separate bowl, cream the Anchor Unsalted Butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg, red food colouring and lemon. Mix well.
- Stir in the chocolate chunks and flours until mixed well.
- Weigh our 12 g of cookies and roll them into a ball. Set each cookie about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
