- Chicken Marinade & Sauce:
- 500g boneless chicken breast
- 250g Anchor UHT Milk
- 15g ginger paste
- 15g garlic paste
- 3g red chili powder
- 3g cumin powder
- 3g coriander powder
- 3g garam masala powder
- salt, misc
- 80g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 30g vegetable oil
- 50g onion
- 80g tomato puree
- 15g tomato paste
- 240g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 50g boiled barley
- 50g paratha
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix chicken breast, Anchor UHT Milk, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Marinade for 24 hours
- In a pot, melt Anchor Unsalted Butter and mix in vegetable oil
- Saute onions and add in tomato puree, tomato paste
- Add in chicken and the marinade, and cook for 10 minutes
- Add in Anchor Extra Yield and cook to simmer for 15 minutes
- When ready, serve with boiled barley or paratha
