Recipe Ingredient

  • Fried Bananas with Ice Cream
  • 1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs
  • 50 g Dr. Oetker Nona Plain Flour
  • 1 Egg (whisked)
  • 10 bananas
  • vanilla ice cream
  • Vege Bites
  • 3 tbsp Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs
  • 3 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 small carrot (cubed)
  • 1 small broccoli (cut into small pieces)
  • A pinch of salt & pepper
  • Sausage Rolls
  • 100g Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (whisked)
  • sausages (thawed)
  • 8 slices white bread
  • Egg Mayo Pockets
  • 1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (whisked)
  • 2 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 8 slices white bread
  • A pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions

    Fried Bananas with Ice Cream
  1. Heat up the oil in a frying pan on medium flame.
  2. Peel off the banana skin. Coat the banana in this order: plain flour first, egg second, then breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the banana until golden brown. Serve with ice cream!
  4. Vege Bites
  5. Bring water to boil. Cook potatoes, carrots and broccoli in boiling water until soft. Drain.
  6. Mash potatoes & carrots until no lumps remain, and chop broccoli finely. Place all in a large bowl.
  7. Add in Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and mix well until dough forms.
  8. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  9. Shape the dough into cylinders or tot shape about 1.5cm wide and 3cm long.
  10. Fry the tots until golden, turning on the other side as needed. Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack set or a baking sheet.
  11. Sausage Rolls
  12. Trim edges of the bread and flatten the bread with a rolling pin. Place a sausage at one edge of the bread slice, roll it to enclose filling.
  13. Dab egg mixture on the opening edge and press lightly to seal. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
  14. Coat the sausage rolls with egg and followed by Dr. Oetker Nona breadcrumbs.
  15. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place coated sausage rolls seam side down and fry until golden, turning on the other side as needed.
  16. Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack or a baking sheet. Serve hot.
  17. Egg Mayo Pockets
  18. Mash hard-boiled egg with a fork in a mixing bowl. Add in mayo, salt and pepper, mix well.
  19. Trim the edges of the bread and flatten the bread with a rolling pin. Cut the bread into 4 pieces.
  20. Take a piece of bread and scoop a half teaspoon of egg mayo to the centre of the bread. Brush whisked egg on seams of the bread slice. Place another piece of bread on top and crimp the edges with a fork. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
  21. Coat the egg mayo pocket with egg and followed by Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs.
  22. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry egg mayo pockets until golden, turning on the other side as needed.
  23. Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack or a baking sheet. Serve hot.
