- 345g all purpose flour
- 2g baking powder
- 2g salt
- 3g cinnamon powder
- 3g nutmeg powder
- 225g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 180g white sugar
- 50g egg
- 6g vanilla essence
- 250g icing sugar
- 25g Anchor UHT Milk
- 25g Anchor Unsalted Butter (Melted)
- 3g cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- In a bowl, sift the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened Anchor Unsalted Butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add in the sifted flour and mix until dough comes together.
- Roll out small logs and cut into 3cm lengths.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until it comes together.
- When cookies are completely cooled, coat the top with glaze and set aside to dry.
- Store cookies when glaze is firm to the touch.
