- Cookie Dough
- 100g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 70g Castor Sugar
- 20g Egg Yolk
- 4g Vanilla Essence
- 40g Custard Powder
- 120g All Purpose Flour
- 10g Sesame Seeds
- Egg Wash
- Egg Whites, sufficient
- Garnish
- Black or White Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160C.
- In a mixing bowl, mix Anchor Butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla essence until mix well.
- Sift in the flours and knead into a dough.
- Add in sesame seeds and roll into 5mm thickness.
- Cut out with cookie cutter and brush with egg white.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
