- Cake Batter:
- 400 g Castor Sugar
- 227 g Anchor Salted Butter
- 6 Eggs
- 410 g Cake Flour
- 5 g Pandan Extract
- 240 g Anchor Whipping Cream
- Garnishing:
- 200 g Strawberries
- 100 g Blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 165°C.
- Cream together sugar and butter until pale in colour.
- Then add in the eggs one at a time.
- Sift the flour and add 1/2 of the amount in the batter.
- Pour in the cream and pandan extract.
- Add the remaining flour.
- Bake for about 1 hour.
- Garnish with strawberries and blueberries.
