- Beef Marinade:
- 250g beef slices
- 12g salt
- 12g pepper
- 15g worchestershire sauce
- 15g onion powder
- Sauce:
- 25g garlic, minced
- 25g onion, sliced
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 15g worchestershire sauce
- 10g dijon mustard
- 20g Anchor Extra Yield
- Others:
- 1nos wrap
- lettuce, misc
- onion, misc
- yellow capsicum, misc
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix beef slices, salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce and onion powder
- Marinade for at least 1 hour
- Pan sear in a skillet for 2 minutes until brown
- Prepare the sauce
- Saute minced garlic, sliced onions until fragrant
- Add in mushrooms and mix well
- Stir in the worchestershire sauce, dijon mustard and mix well
- Add in Anchor Extra Yield and mix to thicken
- Bring to a simmer, and add in seared beef
- Simmer beef in the sauce for another 5 minutes
- Remove beef and prepare the wrap
- Add sliced lettuce, onions and capsicum
