- Cake
- 50g Anchor Tin Butter
- 200g Sugar
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 5ml Vanilla Extract
- 185g Cake Flour
- 3g Baking Powder
- 3g Baking Soda
- Chocolate Cheese Filling
- 225g Anchor Cream Cheese
- 100g Sugar
- 5ml Vanilla Extract
- 45ml Anchor UHT Milk
- 100g Dark Coverture Chocolate
- Garnish
- 200g Coconut Flakes
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients together which is the cake flour, baking soda, and baking powder
- Cream the butter and sugar together then add in mashed ripe bananas, eggs, vanilla extract
- Pour over a 25 x 29 cm rectangular cake mold
- Bake at 190ºC for about 11 minutes or until nice and golden
- Thaw the cream cheese and whip until its smooth
- Add in sugar, vanilla extract and milk.
- Melt the chocolate and fold it in
- Divide the cake into four
- Apply chocolate cheese fillings in between
- Stack them up
- Garnish with coconut flakes
