- Meatball
- 400g minced beef
- 8g salt (or to taste)
- 3g coarse black pepper
- 1g dried thyme
- Baked Potato
- 300g potato (roughly cut)
- 30g olive oil
- 5g salt (or to taste)
- 2g coarse black pepper
- Other Ingredients
- 200g canned tomatoes (diced)
- 120g Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded
- 1g dried parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, add in minced beef, salt, pepper & dry thyme
- Mix well and weight 40g/meatball
- Chill for 1 hour, then sear in cooking pan. & set aside
- Mix potato, olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven with the temperature of 180C for 22 minutes
- In a baking dish, arrange seared meatball & baked potato
- Next, top with diced tomato & mozzarella, baked in preheated oven with the temperature of 200C for 15minutes until the mozzarella surface turns golden brown
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
