- 20g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 100g Pearl Barley
- 300g Anchor UHT Milk
- 200g Anchor Whipping Cream
- 30g raisins
- 150g apples
- 125g brown sugar
Instructions
- In a pot, warm up Anchor UHT Milk and Anchor Whipping Cream, then soak raisins for 10 minutes
- In a separate pot, melt Anchor Unsalted Butter and cook pearl barley
- Slowly add in warm milk mixture until fully absorbed by pearl barley
- When liquid is fully absorbed, add in diced apples and brown sugar
- Scoop into a ramekin and bake in 185C for 10 minutes
- Dust the top with sugar and caramelise
