- 450g Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk
- 120g Anchor Cream Cheese (softened)
- 100g honey
- 225g riped avocado (pitted)
- 300g ice cubes
- pinch of salt
- 120g espresso
Instructions
- In a blender, combine Anchor full cream milk, Anchor cream cheese, honey, riped avocado, ice and salt. Blend on high speed until smooth
- Once done, distribute equally among 4 glasses and pour 30g of espresso into each of them. Enjoy!
