- 150g Anchor Cream Cheese
- 4nos egg (boiled)
- 100g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 200g fresh avocado
- 10g lemon juice
- 5g garlic powder
- 3g dried parsley
- 3g black pepper
- 2g sea salt
- 1pc baguette
Instructions
- In a bowl, soften the Anchor Cream Cheese then add in the egg yolk and Anchor Extra Yield. Mix well
- Cut the egg white and avocado into cube then combine with the cream cheese spread
- Then, season with lemon juice, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper, and sea salt
- After that spread on the sliced toasted baguettes
