- Cookie Dough
- 160g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 40g Sugar
- 140g Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 4g Vanilla Essence
- 250g All Purpose Flour
- 3g Salt
- 3g Baking Powder
- 5g Baking Soda
- 160g Chocolate Chips
- 60g Almond Nibs
- 50g Ground Almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 170 Celcius
- Cream Anchor Unsalted butter, Sugar and Brown Sugar together using an electric mixer
- Add in egg and vanilla essence and continue to whisk
- Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda together and fold it in together with the ground almonds using a rubber spatula
- Last add in almond nibs and chocolate chips
- Divide and shape the dough into bites size cookie pieces and place it on a baking tray
- Bake for 20 minutes at 170 Celcius
