- Cookie Dough (A)
- 100g Ground Hazelnuts
- 20g Ground Almonds
- 60g All Purpose Flour
- 70g Icing Sugar
- 3g Baking Powder
- 3g Mandarin Orange Zest
- Cookie Dough (B)
- 55g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 5g Vanilla Extract
- 15ml Mandarin Orange Juice
- Topping
- 20 nos Whole Hazelnut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Combine all the ingredients from (A) together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Add in ingredients from (B) and blend until soft dough consistency.
- Shape the dough into the desired shape. Flatten them slightly and press a whole hazelnut into the middle of each cookie.
- Bake for about 15-16 minutes. Allow them to cool completely
