Recipe Ingredient
- 240 g dairy whipping cream
- 2 sudu besar santan pekat
- 500 g Anchor cream cheese
- 1 cawan gula
- 3 sudu besar tepung gandum
- 4 biji telur
- Cendol
- Kacang merah - dari dalam tin
- Jagung - dari dalam tin
Instructions
- Panaskan oven 210° selama 10 minit.
- Sediakan loyang 7 inci yang dialas baking paper.
- Putar cream cheese, gula dan santan hingga licin.
- Masukkan telur satu persatu. putar hingga sebati.
- Masukkan whiping cream dan tepung gandum. pukul hingga sebati.
- Masukkan cendol, kacang merah dan jagung dan kacau perlahan.
- Tuang adunan dalam loyang tadi dan bakar selama 60 minit.
- Biarkan sejuk seketika. masukkan kedalam peti ais semalaman.
