Recipe Ingredient
- 600g seedless watermelon, cut away skin and chop flesh into chunks
- Juice of 1 lime
- 250ml ice-cream soda
- Syrup to taste
Instructions
- Blend watermelon chunks in a liquidiser. Strain juice. Add lime juice and blend ice-cream soda and basic syrup. Stir well.
- Chill well in the freezer before serving in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime or lemon wedge.
