- 1 cup yogurt at room temperature
- 1 average sized banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Whisk the yogurt lightly
- Mash the banana to a smooth paste
- Fold banana and honey into the yogurt and lightly whisk
- Serve chilled
