Recipe Ingredient
- 30g good grade yong sam soe (available at medical shops)
- 30g dried chrysanthemum flowers
- 100g rock sugar
- 100g honey
- 2 litres water
Instructions
- Combine yong sam soe with water in a pot and bring to a simmering boil over a medium-low heat for an hour.
- Add rock sugar to dissolve. Strain the sediment and add honey. Serve drink hot or warm.
