Recipe Ingredient

  • 30g good grade yong sam soe (available at medical shops)
  • 30g dried chrysanthemum flowers
  • 100g rock sugar
  • 100g honey
  • 2 litres water

Instructions

  1. Combine yong sam soe with water in a pot and bring to a simmering boil over a medium-low heat for an hour.
  2. Add rock sugar to dissolve. Strain the sediment and add honey. Serve drink hot or warm.
