Recipe Ingredient
- 25g dried longan flesh
- 10 red dates, pitted
- 50g black beans, pan-fried without oil
- 25g tong sum
Instructions
- Rinse all the ingredients very briefly and drain well. Put them in a slow cooker and add 1.5 litres of water. Cook on high or auto and allow to simmer overnight. Transfer tea into a thermos flask.
- Drink the tea hot as often as you wish.
