- 300g pineapples
- 3 Granny Smith apples
- Ice-cubes or ice-shavings
Instructions
- Remove skin from the pineapple and chop into small pieces. Core the apple and chop coarsely.
- Place pineapple and apple in a blender or fruit juicer and process until fine. Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses. Top with pineapple slices and a slice of apple.
