  • 300g pineapples
  • 3 Granny Smith apples
  • Ice-cubes or ice-shavings

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from the pineapple and chop into small pieces. Core the apple and chop coarsely.
  2. Place pineapple and apple in a blender or fruit juicer and process until fine. Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses. Top with pineapple slices and a slice of apple.
