  • 150g ripe papaya, cut into chunks
  • 250ml UHT low-fat fresh milk (well chilled)
  • 5 tbsp basic syrup or to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend papaya and milk in a blender.
  2. Chill the mixture well.
  3. Pour into a cocktail glass and serve.
