Recipe Ingredient
- 50ml Bénédictine
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 bar spoons of organic honey syrup (homemade)
- 1 dash of orange bitter
- 15ml egg white
- Grated nutmeg
- Glassware: Monk's wooden cup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a shaker (egg white last), then ice, shake hard, strain into the cup and garnish.
- Garnishing: Grated nutmeg
