Recipe Ingredient
- 100ml mango juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 100ml basic syrup (Refer to Millennium Delight)
- 100ml ice-cream soda
- Plenty of crushed ice
- Garnishing:
- Red cherries
- Apricot halves
Instructions
- COMBINE all ingredients except ice-cream soda in a jug.
- Mix well. Chill and pour into chilled champagne saucers.
- Decorate with garnishing.
