Recipe Ingredient
- 2 ripe Indian mangoes
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 3 to 4 tbsp castor sugar
Instructions
- Remove flesh from the mangoes and chop coarsely. Blend chopped mangoes, yoghurt, milk and sugar together in a blender.
- Chill the combined mixture well, then pour into serving glasses; serve immediately.
