Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 ripe Indian mangoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 3 to 4 tbsp castor sugar

Instructions

  1. Remove flesh from the mangoes and chop coarsely. Blend chopped mangoes, yoghurt, milk and sugar together in a blender.
  2. Chill the combined mixture well, then pour into serving glasses; serve immediately.
