Recipe Ingredient
- 1 young coconut
- 1 cup pineapple cubes (canned)
- Basic syrup to taste
- A pinch of salt
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Make a hole at the top of the young coconut. Pour out coconut water and blend with enough basic syrup. Leave in the refrigerator to chill.
- Split coconut into half and scrape out the young flesh. Mix coconut flesh and pineapple cubes in a large goblet. Add in a dash of lime juice and a pinch of salt. Drop in ice cubes and pour in chilled coconut water. Serve with maraschino cherries.
