Recipe Ingredient
- 100g sweet almond washed
- 15g bitter almond
- 1 litre water
- 5-6 tbsp castor sugar
- 160ml evaporated milk
Instructions
- Soak both the almonds for at least 2-2½ hours. Drain and put the almonds together with the water in a processing machine. Blend until fine. Strain the liquid through a fine muslin cloth.
- Pour the strained liquid into a pot. Stir in sugar and bring to a boil. Add the evaporated milk and bring the cooked almond tea away from the heat. Serve immediately.
