Recipe Description
Crispy batter suitable for deep-frying fish fillets and other favourite meats.
Recipe Ingredient
- 3tbsp plain flour
- 3tbsp cornflour
- 1tsp rice flour
- 1/4tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1/4tsp pepper
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1tbsp oil
- 120ml or enough water
Instructions
- Combine all the batter ingredients in a mixing bowl. Leave aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Dip your fish slices in the batter and deep-fry until golden brown.
