Recipe Ingredient
- 6 tbsp self-raising flour
- 6 tbsp plain flour
- 6 tbsp cornflour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper (optional)
- Enough water
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Combine the three different flours in a mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper.
- Pour in enough water gradually to make a batter. It should have the consistency of pancake batter.
- Do not add too much water or the batter will be diluted. Stir in oil at the final stage.
