Recipe Ingredient
- 1kg mangoes de seeded and diced
- 250 grams salt
- 150 grams chilli powder
- 10 grams rye powder
- ½ teaspoon haldi
- 100 grams chilli garlic paste
- Few seeds of Rye, jeera, methi ,kalonji and a pinch of hing
- 100 ml freedom groundnut oil
Instructions
- Mix the diced mangoes and masala
- Add Ginger garlic paste and mix well
- Heat oil in a karhai
- Heat a little oil and add the seasonings
- Cool after the seasoning sputters
- Add the rest of the oil and seasoning to the masala mangoes.
- Mix well. Keep for a day
- A tangy tongue tickling thokku ready
