Recipe Ingredient
- 10-12 fresh green chillies, seeded
- 3 tbsp chopped lemon grass
- 1 tbsp chopped galangal
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 stalk coriander (roots and stems included), chopped coarsely
- 8 black peppercorns, cracked
- 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp belacan granules
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 2 bay leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 to 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in an electric blender until smooth. Add a little extra oil if necessary.
- To store: Keep ingredients refrigerated in a clean container until needed.
