- 6 potatoes
- B:
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp ginger garlic (pound)
- ¼ tsp mustard
- ¼ tsp cummin seed
- 1pinch asafoetida(peringgayam) powder
- curry leaves
- 5 tsp oil
- C:
- 1 pinch tumeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp corriender powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Boil potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Heat oil and add ingreadients(B) into the oil.
- Then add the potatoes and ingredients (C) together. Mix well till potatoes are cooked. Add water if needed.
