Recipe Ingredient

  • 150g tepung gandum
  • 100g gula kastor
  • 85g mentega
  • 50g crisco
  • 50g kelapa kering
  • 50g kacang hazel(dikisar halus)
  • 25g tepung jagung
  • ½ tsp esen vanilla
  • 1 biji kuning telur
  • Cherry hijau & merah

Instructions

  1. Pukul mentega & gula hingga kembang.
  2. Masukkan esen vanila & kuning telur.
  3. Masukkan semua bahan bahan kering kecuali tepung jagung.gaul sebati.
  4. Lepas tu masukkan tpg jagung.canai doh & terap degan acuan sesuai.
  5. Sapu kuning telur & taruh cherry ke atas biskut. Bakar hingga kuning.
