Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar by hand until fluffy, but do not use an electric mixer so it won't be overbeaten.
- Beat in egg whites until incorporated.
- Sift in flour, baking powder and salt, and stir until well mixed.
- Form into cookies on a baking tray and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes until light golden.
