Recipe Ingredient
- 400g corn flour
- 200g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 250ml thick coconut milk
- Enough oil to deep fry
- Star or flower metal dipper
Instructions
- Mix sugar,egg and coconut milk. Stir till sugar melts.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Heat oil. Then put the metal dipper into the oil.
- Remove the dipper from hot oil. Dip into the batter, then back into the oil.
- While frying slowly shake the dipper to bring down the shaped muruku. Remove it when it is golden brown.
