Recipe Ingredient

  • 500 gram anchor cream cheese
  • 180 gram castor sugar
  • 400 ml whipping cream
  • 200 gram eggs (without shell)
  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 150 gram pineapple jam
  • Pineapple slice
  • 9 pieces marie biscuit

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 200°c
  2. Beat anchor cream cheese with castor sugar until sugar disolved
  3. Add eggs one by one and beat the ingredients
  4. Add whipping cream and vanilla essence and mix again
  5. Add all purpose flour and beat until the ingredients mix well
  6. Chopped marie biscuit and add into batter
  7. Pour half batter into prepared casing mould
  8. Layer pineapple jam and cover with another half batter
  9. Add puneapple slice on top
  10. Baked for 40 minutes at 200°c
  11. Chill for 4 hours and ready to served
