Recipe Ingredient
- Bahan-bahan Burnt Cheesecake:
- 300g Anchor Creamcheese
- 2 sudu besar gula castor
- 200ml whipping cream
- 2 biji telur
- 1 sudu teh esen pandan
- Bahan-bahan kastad pandan:
- 500ml whipping cream
- 3 sudu besar tepung jagung
- 2 sudu besar gula
- 1 susu besar pandan emulco
Instructions
- Putar cream cheese sehingga lembut.
- Masukkan gula dan telur putar lagi sehingga sebati.
- Masukkan tepung jagung dan esen pandan putar seketika dan tuang ke dalam loyang 7".
- Bakar di dalam air fryer dengan suhu 170°C selama 20minit bagi pembakaran pertama dan 15minit untuk 140°C bagi pembakaran kedua.
- Setelah masak sejukkan seketika
- Sementara itu sediakan kastad pandan.
- Satukan tepung jagung bersama gula dan whipping cream.Kacau di atas api kecil sehingga mengental.
- Setelah itu tuang kastad di atas burnt cheesecake tadi.
- Sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk sebelum dipotong.
