Recipe Ingredient

  • Chicken Marinade & Sauce
  • 500g Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 250g Anchor UHT Milk
  • 15g Ginger Paste
  • 15g Garlic Paste
  • 3g Red Chilli Powder
  • 3g Cumin Powder
  • 3g Coriander Powder
  • 3g Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt, as needed
  • 80g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 30g Vegetable Oil
  • 50g Onion
  • 80g Tomato Puree
  • 150g Cashew Nut (blended)
  • 240g Anchor Extra Yield
  • Other
  • 50g Fried Rice
  • 50g Roasted Broccoli

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix chicken breast, Anchor UHT Milk, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriander powder, garam masala powder and salt. Marinade for 24 hours
  2. In a pot, melt Anchor Unsalted Butter and mix in vegetable oil
  3. Saute onions and add in tomato puree and blended cashew nut in water
  4. Add in chicken and the marinade, and cook for 10 minutes
  5. Add in Anchor Extra Yield and cook to simmer for 15 minutes
  6. When ready, serve with fried rice and roasted broccoli
