Recipe Ingredient
- 250gm Anchor cream cheese
- 65gm sugar
- 2 eggs
- 10gm corn flour
- 30gm coconut milk
- 25ml water add latte
- 180gm whipping cream
- Topping - Double boiled
- 100gm whipping cream
- 30gm coconut milk
- 5gm gelatin
Instructions
- Cream cheese + sugar
- Add in eggs, corn flour, coconut milk
- Whipping Cream
- Water plus Latte
- Bake for 45min at 180 c
- Topping and freeze for 4 hour and sprinkle with Coco powder
