- 600 g boneless chicken breast sliced thinly
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 150 g chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Enough oil for deep-frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with salt, soy sauce and pepper. Add in egg white and sprinkle with corn flour. Coat meat with chopped almonds and sesame seeds. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden. Dish and serve.
