- 10pcs Bean curd parcel
- 20g sea cucumber diced
- 20g mushroom diced
- 20g dried oyster diced
- 20g chicken ham diced
- 20g turnip diced
- 3g coriander
- 5g sea moss
- Seasoning
- 3g chicken essence powder
- 5g oyster sauce
- 2g sugar
- 3g soya sauce
- 5g oil
- Sauce
- 200g chicken stock
- 30g oyster sauce
- 20g soya sauce
- 10g chicken essence powder
- 3g sugar
Instructions
- Blanch all diced ingredients till cooked and fry it in a pan.
- Add seasonings and continue to fry until fragrant. Set aside.
- Fill up the bean curd parcels with the cooked ingredients as prepared and steam for 5 minutes.
- Cook the sauce and pour over the steamed bean curd parcels.
- Serve while hot.
