  • 10pcs Bean curd parcel
  • 20g sea cucumber diced
  • 20g mushroom diced
  • 20g dried oyster diced
  • 20g chicken ham diced
  • 20g turnip diced
  • 3g coriander
  • 5g sea moss
  • Seasoning
  • 3g chicken essence powder
  • 5g oyster sauce
  • 2g sugar
  • 3g soya sauce
  • 5g oil
  • Sauce
  • 200g chicken stock
  • 30g oyster sauce
  • 20g soya sauce
  • 10g chicken essence powder
  • 3g sugar

Instructions

  1. Blanch all diced ingredients till cooked and fry it in a pan.
  2. Add seasonings and continue to fry until fragrant. Set aside.
  3. Fill up the bean curd parcels with the cooked ingredients as prepared and steam for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the sauce and pour over the steamed bean curd parcels.
  5. Serve while hot.
