Recipe Ingredient
- 3 chicken drumsticks
- Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp ginger juice
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Dipping Sauce:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Combine 1 1/2 tbsp Hoisin sauce with 1 tsp chilli sauce
Instructions
- Clean chicken drumsticks well. Cut a slit right through and open up the meat with a knife, pushing it down to the bone. Marinade with seasoning ingredients for three to four hours.
- Turn the chicken meat over to form a boxer´s stick. Roll over in cornflour, dip in egg yolk then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in wok. Deep-fry chicken until golden brown.
