- Serves 4-6
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 5-6 chicken thighs
Instructions
- Mix teriyaki sauce ingredients and marinate chicken for 1 hour in teriyaki sauce. Place marinated chicken pieces on foil lined cookie sheet and broil for about 10 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes until cooked through.
- This teriyaki chicken recipe can be doubled if necessary.
