Recipe Ingredient
- 1 chicken (approximately 1kg), rinsed
- 1kg chicken carcass, rinsed
- 350g turkey ham, rinsed
- 4 litres water
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan and add all the ingredients.
- Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for eight hours.
- Strain and reserve the stock. Use as required.
