Recipe Ingredient
- 375g chicken, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 75g canned or fresh golden mushrooms
- 75g button mushrooms
- 75g black mushrooms, soaked and halved
- 1 tbsp young ginger, shredded
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Marinade:
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornflour
- Seasoning (combine):
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup stock
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with marinade, then deep-fry in hot oil till golden. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok. Saute ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and fry for one to two minutes. Add seasoning and add in the different types of mushrooms. Cook until simmering. Lower heat and cook for five to eight more minutes. Dish out and serve.
