- 600g chicken drummets
- Marinade
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornflour
Instructions
- Place chicken drumettes in a large mixing bowl. Add marinade and toss to combine. Transfer marinated chicken to a plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least an hour or preferably several hours.
- Preheat oven to 200°C and arrange chicken drumettes on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake or grill for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is crisp and cooked through.
- Serve at once.
