- 1 (whole kampung chicken, about 1kg, skinned
- 5g to 6g ginseng
- 3 red dates, pitted
- 600ml hot water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a double-boiler pot. Double boil for two and a half to three hours. Replenish water on the bottom layer of double-boiler pot with more hot water if necessary. Serve soup hot.
