  • 1 (whole kampung chicken, about 1kg, skinned
  • 5g to 6g ginseng
  • 3 red dates, pitted
  • 600ml hot water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a double-boiler pot. Double boil for two and a half to three hours. Replenish water on the bottom layer of double-boiler pot with more hot water if necessary. Serve soup hot.
