Recipe Ingredient
- 5 chicken thighs (cut into 4 pieces)
- 2 Tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp black soya sauce
- Marinade
- 1 tsp kunyit powder
- 4 small onions
- 2 cloves garlic juice
- 3 stalks serai
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ Tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Mix ingredients, add in marinade and marinate for 3 hours.
- Heat oil in wok, deep fry chicken until cooked.
- Serve.
