Recipe Ingredient
- 300g boneless chicken thighs
- Marinade
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, finely pounded
- 4 tbsp Yuen Chun char siu sauce
- A little red colouring (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cucumber, diced for garnishing
Instructions
- Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Put in chicken and mix well to marinate for several hours or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
- Thread chicken pieces in satay skewers. Baste with oil and barbecue or grill until meat is tender and fragrant.
- Serve with cucumber wedges.
