Recipe Ingredient
- 1 black chicken, cut into 4 pieces
- 25g 'Yoke Chok'
- 30g 'Tong Sum'
- 20g 'Yong Sum Sou'
- 8 red dates
- 2 cups superior stock
- 1 'tan choong' (porcelain casserole with a lid)
Instructions
- Skin the chicken meat and cut into four pieces.
- Place all the ingredients into a {tan choong}.
- Cover with the lid and double-boil for two hours over medium low heat.
- Serve hot.
